GERRY FITZPATRICK
Gerry has over 20 years experience in Catering industry in Ireland and abroad. Having worked in the US for a number of years Gerry returned to Ireland and was responsible for the opening of Fitzers Temple Bar Square in 1996. He has since spent some time in the Film & Location catering business before opening Chatham Brasserie in 2004.
FRANTZ HARBAND
Frantz graduated from GAP cooking school in Hautes Alps (South of France) He joined Fitzers Restaurants in 2003 as Chef De Partie. Having worked in Fitzers Temple Bar Square Frantz moved on to become Sous Chef in Chatham Brasserie. He was promoted to Head Chef in August 2008 and has been producing the quality and variety that Chatham Brasserie has become renowned for.
